Bea Alonzo enjoys shooting in Divisoria

Aside from the thrill of working on Magkaribal, Bea Alonzo also enjoys taping in Divisoria, the haven for discount shopping. Bea revealed that she has always wanted to check out the place, but couldn’t because of her busy schedule.

Although the show is not yet airing, Bea is proud of what Magkaribal achieved in the kind of scenes they have executed already. She admitted that she was teary-eyed when she saw the official trailer. “Masayang-masaya ako, ang sarap ng pakiramdam. Binasa namin yung script bago namin ginawa and nung nakita ko na [yung trailer] ngayon, lalo na yung flashback nung mga bata, parang I was feeling kind of emotional kasi ngayon ko lang nakita yung pinaghirapan ng lahat. Tapos at the same time nakaka-pressure sa aming lahat kasi napakalaki niyang show, napakalaki ng ginastos ang ABS-CBN at napakaganda [ng kinalabasan].” Bea said that their fans should look forward to her intense scenes with Gretchen Barretto. “May konti na kaming na-shoot but we have yet to shoot a lot of scenes kung saan magkakaroon kami ng mga confrontations at mga mabibigat na eksena [ni Ms. Gretchen Barretto] together.”

Since Derek Ramsay is her leading man in the story, she was asked if she also has love scenes with the actor. Siguro mas tame,” Bea said.

Meanwhile, Bea was asked what her fashion style is. She reveals that fashion is more of expression of her feelings and she does not stress herself in picking out clothes. “I don’t take fashion seriously kasi I dress according to my mood. Halimbawa, I am feeling sad today, siguro I will wear black. May mga kulay yan e, according to your mood. But when I am happy, magco-colorful dress ako. Dati nung bata ako, mas hindi ako aware dressing up properly. Siguro I owe it to the It Girls (her ASAP girl group), kung paano ako nag-evolve, kasi every Sunday they make an effort to dress up and bumili ng mga damit, kaya ginagawa ko rin yun para makasabay.”

Luis Manzano and Billy Crawford are all set to host ‘Panahon Ko ‘To’

ABS-CBN.com got the chance to visit Billy Crawford and Luis Manzano on the set of their very own game show, Panahon Ko ‘To. The two were very happy to be given another hosting stint right after the success of Pilipinas Got Talent. Usually kasi makikita mo either solo or babae’t lalaki. Siyempre ‘pag parehong lalaki nand’yan yung ideas ni’yo magka-clash. So bihira yung ultimo kulitan niyo, saluhan niyo, nandun. So we're very happy na ganon nangyari sa amin ni Billy boy. The fact that we’re having fun at work, na-translate yun sa TV kaya nae-enjoy ng viewers namin,” Luis began.

What makes Panahon Ko ‘To different is that it’s an original Kapamilya game show where each competing team is comprised of three players of varying ages. “Kailangan mayroong medyo mas nakakatanda, may isang bata, may nasa gitna. Our questions would cover areas from the 1960s to the millennium. Kaya buong pamilya pwedeng manood ng Panahon Ko ‘To kasi it’s all about reminiscing about the good times at saka historical din in a way. You also learn new things about music, movies, games sa Facebook…everything and anything na pinagdadaanan ni’yo,” Billy explained.

Luis is confident that he and Billy will be able to pull off this show since they are both knowledgeable with pop culture given the nature of their line of work. “Siyempre marami na rin naman kaming pinagdaanan sa buhay and it's safe to say na well-versed naman kami sa nangyayari sa paligid (i.e. latest trends today and what was popular way back when). Pero nakakagulat din yung iba naming nadi-discover while hosting the show. Tsaka iba kasi ang franchise sa original. Siyempre kahit papa’no mas iniingatan yung original kasi bagong-bago unlike yung Pilipinas Got Talent meron na silang sinusunod na format. So we’re really grateful to be given this big a blessing.”

Will there be any conflict with their schedule since Pilipinas Got Talent will be launching a new season probably before the year ends? “Like what I’ve said sa very, very last spiel ko dun sa Results Night ng Pilipinas Got Talent, magkikita-kita pa rin tayo ulit sa season 2. And hindi naman siguro mag-overlap yun sa Panahon Ko ‘To. ABS-CBN knows better. Kumbaga ito (Panahon Ko ‘To) na yung pahinga namin from Pilipinas Got Talent. In the same way na of course mga latter part siguro of this year uumpisahang i-mount yung season 2,” Luis stated.

Gary Valenciano is still unsure if he will be chosen as the next president of OPM

During his contract signing for ASAP XV, Gary Valenciano shared that the Organisasyon ng Pilipinong Mang-aawit (OPM), a recognized committee representing local singers and performers, had recently held an election for its Board of Directors. Gary now sits on the OPM board with fellow artists Ogie Alcasid, Dingdong Avanzado, Noel Cabangon, Christian Bautista, and Jose Mari Chan. “I'm excited, I'm very honored. I don't know where I would be effective,” said Gary.

When asked if he is being eyed by the board of directors to serve as the next president of OPM, Gary explained that he has yet to sit down with the other directors for a formal election. For now what he deems more important is to think about the plans of OPM for the industry. “Before the nominations took place there was a rundown, almost like bullet points, as to what OPM has done from the day that it was established. And it's sad na many of the things we continue to fight for have not really progressed at a level that can really change. For example, the rights of the artists, not all artists know about their rights.”

Gary has been with OPM since 1986 and now he feels that he is in the position to help out other artists who are just starting in the business. We have our plans at least for the next two years. At sana makuha rin namin yung cooperation ng government, ng media, both radio and television, to really establish what OPM was meant to be.”

The music icon further commended his good friend Ogie for his efforts to reach out to other artists and help with their plight. “Ogie has really been showing all the effort. And he has not backed out when people need him to be there. He’s a solo artist pero he's the one asking to meet yung mga banda. We have a lot to do. And I hope that kung anuman ang nagawa namin for the next two years, will only open [the opportunity] for things to come."

Gary and Ogie, together with other artists, are set to collaborate for a song dedicated for the inauguration of President-elect Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III this June 30. Gary said that he is just waiting for Ogie to finish composing the song which he and the other artists will sing. Mr. Pure Energy expressed his happiness about the chance that almost all musicians will get together for a momentous event in history. “We are all part of this country, we will be under one president. We have our own things to do, but the fact that everyone decided to make time to be together for the momentous event is just great. That says a lot about what kind of artists we are. If it’s good for the Filipinos, for the country, then it doesn’t matter kung saang network ka pa galing.”

Kim Chiu on her alleged split with Gerald Anderson: ‘Walang hiwalay, walang kami’

“No, walang hiwalay, walang kami, wala namang nangyayari,” said Kim Chiu who was still all smiles despite the barrage of questions about her alleged breakup with rumored sweetheart Gerald Anderson during the press con of her newest endorsement last June 22. She maintained that just because they don’t get to hang out as much as before doesn’t mean that they already had a falling out.

The two were often photographed looking cozy together at various ABS-CBN events in the past. But coupled with the news about their separate projects after their teleserye Kung Tayo’y Magkakalayo, there were also rumors that there’s a noticeable change in their attitude towards each other. To which Kim simply replied, “Wala, ganon pa rin kami as kung ano man kami. Mapapagod din sila (their detractors).”

Kim assured everyone though that she’s happy with her love life right now. But she refused to answer if it’s Gerald who’s keeping her inspired or if she has other suitors at the moment. “You’re making the question harder…Only time will tell. May tamang panahon sa bawat bagay. Like what I’ve said, okay kami, as in.

As to their on screen team-up, Kim believes that she and Gerald would still have more projects together in the future. “Your Song nga niya dati hindi rin ako kasama e. Ngayon din ako may Your Song at hiwalay muna kami. Sila ang nagbibigay sa amin ng gagawin namin for the show. So okay lang kahit ano,” she reiterated.

Aga Muhlach returns to TV in M3

Aga Muhlach is set to make his TV comeback as he stars in M3 (Malay Mo Ma-develop), a weekly romantic-comedy-drama series with Ai Ai delas Alas which premiers on July 3. The story will develop around a bachelor (Aga) and a single mother (Ai Ai) who is working hard to give her son a good life.

During M3's press conference held at Dolphy Theater yesterday, the King of Romance/Drama said that he enjoys the company of his leading lady, Ai Ai. "It is fun, looking forward to taping days with her, kasi yun nga kapag umeeksena ka--kita niyo naman kanina kahit sa press conference--- masaya lang. Alam mong magaling umarte kaya kapag magkaeksena kayo hindi ka manghihina kasi parati kang excited. She's a great actor. Ang galing niya. Kapag magte-take nga kami wala kaming rehearsal, ibo-block lang kami.

Since it has been two years since Aga's last project, he admits that he finds it difficult to adjust to the demands of time schedules since TV programs usually take long hours of taping. "Yes, nanibago ako sa time nung una, yung taping hanggang umaga but kaya lang after a while, nung nakadalawa at tatlong puyat ako naalala ko na yung mga ginagawa ko noon. It is still the same.

Aga said that M3 is his much-awaited TV project. He believes in the strength of the story and said that it will surely bring entertainment to the every family. "Expect sila (fans and audience) ng magandang storya. Sana yun ang gusto kong mangyari na it is a pleasant viewing experience every Saturday, its like while you're watching and then pag-end bitin siya so aabangan mo yung susunod kasi maganda talaga yung plot ng M3."

Meanwhile, since Aga will be seen on TV regularly again, many are curious and are speculating if he will be guesting as a host in Wowowee. Aga appreciated the idea but he was quick in giving his answer that he will not be accepting the job in case it will be offered to him. More importantly, he does not want to bypass Willie Revillame as they are good friends. "Kung baga parang show niya yun, sila nagbuo nun, parang it is not right na papasok ako dun. Huwag na lang.

Kitkat finds a new love

Balita namin ay magpapakasal na sila this within the year ni Walby? How true? As of now, wala pa akong natatanggap na proposal. Busy rin si Kitkat sa mga out of town and out of the country shows nito.

Nikki Bagaporo misses ‘Going Bulilit’

Nikki Bagaporo "graduated" from the Sunday kiddie gag show Going Bulilit last October 2009 after being on the show for five years.
Aside from her showbiz dreams, the young Star Magic talent also dreams of being a fashion designer someday.
Although she’s already in her teens, Nikki is still not open to the idea of having crushes as she believes that she is still too young for that.

Rima Ostwani wants to host lifestyle shows in the future

At the Sex and the City 2 premiere hosted by Velvet Channel at Rockwell Mall, Rima Ostwani told ABS-CBN.com that she is open to hosting lifestyle shows because it is something she has always wanted to do. "I'm really looking forward to hosting jobs. I've been a part of a debate team before and I'm really into talking and chatting," Rima said. Rima already has a verbal agreement with Boy Abunda that the latter will be her manager. "Tito Boy is my manager. Hindi pa kami nagpipirmahan. We just have a common understanding that he will be the one who will take care of all my endorsements." Rima admitted though that she is still not ready to do soap operas like what boyfriend Diether Ocampo does. "Nope, hindi po talaga. I am not [eyeing] mainstream showbiz for now."
Meanwhile, ABS-CBN.com asked Rima about the current status of her relationship with Diether, which has been reportedly been rocky of late. "Hindi naman problema pero as Diether also said, every couple goes through something, it is normal as long as there is constant understanding constant communication. [We have misunderstandings] but nothing major. We're okay. Diether has been very busy with his tapings and talagang hectic ang schedule niya and with me naman always busy with work as usual. I'm really enjoying each moment with him because I am learning a lot from him, just the same way I guess he learns from me as well, I think. All hopes up naman. We all wish for best." Diether has also expressed his support for her hosting plans. "He's very supportive just the same way that I am supportive to him so I guess it is a good tandem. I'd like to say that we are happy."
Meanwhile, she was asked about how she feels regarding Diether's sexy scenes with Angelica Panganiban in Rubi. "Diether always tells me it is work. Work is work. It is really the way you look at things so if you have the proper attitude towards things, I don't think there should be a problem. I don't think there should be selos, actually hindi na lang ako nanonood. Kasi if you're a real person, how would you feel [when you see] your boyfriend kissing someone else? As much as possible I just avoid it." She is also slowly getting used to the world of showbiz. "It is not easy adjusting but I think I have already adjusted it well enough. It is just a matter of really understanding.

Ex-teen housemate Patrick Sugui doesn’t consider Joe Vargas a bad influence

Rich kid Patrick Sugui found a best friend in poor boy Joe Vargas when they became housemates in Pinoy Big Brother Teen Clash of 2010. Although the two had fun times together until they were both evicted last week, there were those who said that Joe became a bad influence on Patrick. In an interview with ABS-CBN.com, Patrick explained that his mom was just surprised to see a different side of his personality inside the house, which she though he imbibed from Joe. “She doesn’t know kasi na I’m really makulit. Siyempre sa bahay kapag kaharap mo mostly relatives and friends of your parents you behave and be quiet. Sa bahay walang maingay. Gusto rin niya palagi akong quiet at proper. Kapag I’m with Joe, e pareho kaming joker, makulit kami. When I’m also with my other friends makulit din ako. Akala tuloy ng mom ko na nagiging maingay ako because of Joe. But after I got evicted na-explain ko naman na ganun talaga ugali ko, but just not in front of them. She understood din naman.”Joe also became controversial among PBB viewers because he was talkative and opinionated. Patrick defended his friend by saying, “Joe knows what he is doing. What people see on PBB episodes are not exactly what is happening inside the house, I mean may na-edit na. He’s mature enough to know what he is saying. I trust him. We can relate to each other. Sa kanya lang ako nakakapag-open up.”Sixteen-year-old Patrick has a girlfriend who’s in the US at the moment for a vacation. When he returned to the outside world, he had the chance to chat with her to catch up. Although they did not talk about it, Patrick said he feels his girlfriend felt a bit jealous over his closeness with pretty housemate Fretzie Bercede. “Hindi naman maa-avoid ‘yung jealousy. Everybody feels that,” he said.Blessed with good looks, Patrick says he will welcome whatever showbiz opportunities that may come his way. “Kung may mga opportunities, why not? I want to try acting din. But definitely I will still continue my studies. Siyempre I don’t know naman what will happen after PBB. If I finish studies at least may fallback ako if ever showbiz doesn’t work out.” His mother has long been in a relationship with ‘80s rock singer Juan Miguel Salvador who served as Patrick’s father figure ever since he was a young boy. “Siya na ang naging real dad ko and he treated us like his own children naman. He’s very supportive of me. When I play soccer he would always watch. Sometimes he would play with me. Minsan may gigs pa rin siya with his band around the city and minsan out of towns.”

Ex-teen PBB housemate Jack Yoon admits there was animosity with Pinoy housemates

Before getting evicted from Pinoy Big Brother Teen Clash of 2010, Korean Jack Yoon took the lead in the defending his teenternational housemates during a serious argument with the Pinoys as they battles for one more slot in the Big Night. Jack said that after winning three assured slots in the finals, the teenternationals were already willing to give one other slot to the Pinoys housemates, if not only for the offensive rap song of the latter.“Kung gusto talaga nila mag-sorry, mag-sorry na lang sila. The teenternational later on decided to keep all the three slots they won. Now only two Pinoy teen housemates will have the chance to compete in the Big Night on June 26.Ever since the teenternationals was tasked to live together with the other Pinoy housemates, Jack confessed he felt his presence was not really welcome. Nung na-evict si Yen namansin na sila.”Jack was not really hoping he would land a spot in the finals. However, he just wished he had the chance to stay much longer because he was having so much fun with the experience of being a housemate. But now that he’s back in the outside world, the 19-year-old Korean is open to whatever opportunities that may come his way because of his PBB exposure. He confessed having a crush on pretty and sexy celebrities like Maja Salvador, Angel Locsin, and Cristine Reyes. Jack and his family have been living for seven years now in Lipa, Batangas where they manage a resort. He talked about the difficult adjustments he had to go through living in the Philippines. “Mahirap talaga kasi nung pumasok ako ng first year high school kasi konting English at Tagalog lang ang alam ko. Hitsura ko pa na singkit, so inaasar ako, lagi akong pinagtatawanan. Wala ako masyadong friends. Hanggang second year hirap ako mag-adjust.”But now, one would be surprised to hear Jack converse very fluently in Tagalog and English. He said that he learned the language on his own without enrolling in a formal Tagalog lesson. Nagbabasa rin ako ng Tagalog.”Jack, or Sungbin Yoon in Korean, further shared the story how he got the name Jack. “Nung 2000, nag-vacation kami sa US.

Tom Rodriguez defends Sam Pinto from negative rumors

Pretty Pinoy Big Brother ex-housemate is currently hounded by controversies involving some of the latest and most talked about showbiz splits, namely that of Jake Cuenca-Melissa Ricks, Kim Chiu-Gerald Anderson, and Paul Jake Castillo and his non-showbiz girlfriend. Although Jake-Melissa, and Kim-Gerald have all yet to admit that there were committed in the first place, Sam is said to be the ‘third party’ in the two couples. On the other hand, Paul Jake had admitted that personal differences urged him and his girlfriend of three years to part ways.Immediately coming to Sam’s defense is her PBB batch mate Tom Rodriguez. At the victory dinner for the movie Here Comes The Bride, Tom said he doesn’t think Sam has any romantic links with Jake or Gerald. “I don’t think so. I know her personally and she’s a nice girl. She’s just doing the best with her work. Pero I hardly get to see her na rin. Huli ko siyang nakasama nung (Your Song presents) Isla pa. Mabait naman ang pakitungo niya sa lahat. Baka nami-misinterpret lang ‘yung actions.” Sam was paired with Gerald in Isla, while now she is the leading lady of Jake in Agimat presents Elias Paniki. Tom also defended himself against rumor that he is now being envied by his PBB friends because he is the most visible in showbiz among all of them. “For sure hindi totoo ‘yun. We’re all just trying to make a living. We’re trying to make the most out of our stay here in showbiz.”Tom said he is just thankful that there are many people in showbiz who are entrusting him with good projects, one being the box office comedy film Here Comes The Bride. The newbie star was chosen to be the leading man of Angelica Panganiban and Eugene Domingo in the movie, an opportunity which Tom considers a big honor. I feel honored to be a part of this movie. Sana hindi ko sila na let down.”The 22 year old cutie just laughed urban myths that on the set of Here Comes The Bride, stars John Lapus and Tuesday Vargas would do crazy stuffs and compete for his attention.

Angelica Panganiban never planned to be a comedian

Angelica Panganiban expressed her overwhelming gratitude to those who went to see her film Here Comes The Bride, which on its third week of showing nationwide already reached the 120 million-peso mark. Sobra kaming thankful at happy. Salamat sa lahat ng nanood, at nagkalat na sobrang nakakatawa ‘yung pelikula.”Viewers and critics praised Angelica for her comedic performance in the movie which many described as at par with her co-star and seasoned comedian Eugene Domingo. Looking back, Angelica confessed that she never really wanted to do the role in Here Comes The Bride. “January nung inoffer sa akin ‘yung movie. E kakatapos ko lang ng I Love You, Goodbye so parang gusto ko munang magpahinga kasi gagawin ko pa ‘yung Rubi. Four times a week na akong nagtatrabaho nun. Kung tatanggapin ko ‘yung movie, mawawalan na ako ng pahinga.”Back then she thought that Toni Gonzaga could do a better job with the role. But Star Cinema Managing Director Malou Santos strongly believed that Angelica was the only actress who could give justice to the role. Wala talaga sa isip kong tatanggapin ko ‘yung movie.”Only when the actress read the script of Here Comes The Bride did she agree to do the project. She felt excited that she would get to play a woman possessed by the soul of a gay man. ‘Yung pagiging bakla never akong napagod.”With the box office success of Here Comes The Bride, there are already talks that a sequel is now being planned. Although nothing is certain at this time, Angelica had said that she is prepared to sign up for the part two. “Sana matuloy. Kami lahat willing naman gumawa ng part two. Excited akong makatrabaho uli ‘yung same production at cast.”But if she can have it her way, Angelica doesn’t want to do another comedy movie very soon. Aside from her hilarious Kris Aquino impersonation on Banana Split, she wants to do something else other than comedy.

Tyron Perez is happy to be a Kapamilya

A former exclusive talent from a rival network, Tyron Perez is now a certified Kapamilya after signing a contract with Star Magic while being co-managed by director Jerry Lopez-Sineneng. He’s very happy with his career move because he was immediately given the chance to be part of the top-rating primetime series Momay. Hindi naman ako nahihirapan sa schedule kasi gusto ko talaga bumalik ng showbiz dahil mga two years din akong nawala,” he began. He plays the role of Gary, who’s always jealous of his cousin Justin (played by Ejay Falcon) because he can’t seem to outshine him in their similar endeavors. And okay naman siya katrabaho, enjoy, tsaka walang pressure.” Just like the other stars of the soap, Tyron enjoys taping most of their scenes in Star City where they could take free rides all the time. Given a chance though, this 23-year-old would like to work with Box Office King John Lloyd Cruz and Anne Curtis someday. Is he still willing to do sexy roles like the one he did for the indie film Twilight Dancers opposite William Martinez? “Sa ngayon focus muna ako sa Momay. Pero depende kung anong darating na project. As long as maganda yung storya at magaling yung director walang problema sa akin.

Johan Santos celebrates his birthday with the less fortunate

Carlos Agassi is proud to be a kontrabida on Agua Bendita

“It was really a very challenging role for me because hindi ganoon ka-dali ang role ko. When ask about his current lovelife ay naging ma-sekreto talaga ang binata.”Wala! Purely work right now. Hang-out with friends nga hindi na masyado kasi almost three times a week ako mag-taping ng Agua, minsan dito lang sa Metro Manila, minsan naman out of town, ganoon lang. Work, work, work muna ako and am happy with what's happening now sa showbiz career ko and sa love life ay walang bago," nakangiting pagtatapos ni Carlos.

Bettina Carlos enjoys being a Kapamilya

t’s been a year since Bettina Carlos transferred to ABS-CBN and she’s happy to say that she’s earning more than enough with all the projects that were given to her including Momay, Precious Hearts Presents Love Me Again, and Magkano Ang Iyong Dangal to name a few. “I am very well acquainted with almost everyone since I am under the Star Magic family. So far everything’s going well. Masaya and napi-feel ko talaga na kapamilya ako. In the beginning palang, actually, hindi naman ako nahirapan mag-adjust kasi warm naman yung mga tao,” she cheerfully shared in an interview with ABS-CBN.com.While it is true that there are a lot of other promising actresses in showbiz, Bettina manages to stand out with her flexibility when it comes to acting coupled with her charm and eloquence off cam. “Kung iisipin mo marami talagang competition. Pero it’s just a matter of how you will let that affect you. For me maganda siyang motivation kasi you really have to step up at mas pagbutihan mo yung craft mo. Mas okay na yung you constantly challenge yourself kaysa naman pumepetiks ka lang,” she explained. But there’s no doubt that this 24-year old is happier with the way her showbiz career is going right now compared to the time when she was still a newbie. “I think I’ve become more focused because I am done with school already. Of course I am also very grateful kasi hindi ako nababakante at nabibigyan ako ng lagi ng bago at iba-ibang role.So napi-feel ko na may pinupuntahan at may saysay yung presence ko dito,” she beamed.Catch Bettina Carlos as Raven, the greatest rival of Alyssa (played by Queenie Padilla) in the teleserye Momay, weeknights.

Cha-cha prefers comedy over drama

Luis Manzano on Angel Locsin: ‘Angel will always have my loyalty and my trust’

There have been reports that Angel Locsin was once romantically linked to Cogie Domingo who confirmed in his previous interviews that they had a brief relationship before the actress transferred to ABS-CBN three years ago. Luis Manzano, on the other hand, was quick to support Angel’s recent statement that she was never Cogie’s girlfriend in the place. “Angel will always have my loyalty. To be perfectly honest, sinabi na sa akin ni Angel lahat na hindi, hindi naging sila [ni Cogie]. I asked her before pa nagsilabasan yung issue. Angel will always have my loyalty and my trust. Baliktarin ni’yo man ang mundo, kay Angel pa rin ako maniniwala,” he told ABS-CBN reporters last June 15.It didn’t escape the media’s notice that Luis and Angel are closer than ever based on their regular sweet tweets to each other. In their recent tweets, they fondly recalled how they used to eat their favorite chocolate together. “Kapag kumakain ako dati, mayroon akong isang kahong Kinder Bueno. So kumbaga nag-reminisce lang kami, nagkulitan kami about Bueno. Walang problema between us,” he stressed. When asked if it’s possible that their constant communication would bring them back together again, Luis claimed that only time will tell if that would be the case. “Siguro love has something about it that never fails to surprise us. It hits us when we least expect it. So minsan kahit gaano ka ka-heartbroken, kahit feeling mo hindi ka pa ready, ‘pag nand’yan yung pana ni kupido, mai-in love at mai-in love ka.” Since he’s not dating anyone else at the moment, it’s pretty obvious that Angel remains to be the girl who’s closest to his heart. “I’ve always been in love with love. I am a hopeless romantic e. For me it’s a main thing that makes the world revolve. So it’s safe to say that everyday, yes, I am in love. Pero wala pa talaga akong nililigawang iba.”

Maja Salvador denies being jealous about Sam Milby dating Marie Digby

Maja Salvador is thankful because the hard work that she and the entire cast and crew put into the afternoon teleserye Precious Hearts Romances Presents Impostor is paying off as shown by show’s consistent high ratings. “Grabe ‘yung kaba na nararamdaman namin nung nagsimula ‘yung Impostor at ngayon over-over na pasasalamat po sa inyong lahat dahil grabe sobrang taas po ng ratings na ibinibay sa amin,” she beamed. She admitted that in spite of their success, they’re still keeping on their toes to maintain the high ratings. Maja also justified that people like the show because it is comedy-drama, which is a respite from the usual heavy dramas. The actress also confirmed that she is aware of the reports that Sam is allegedly dating international singer Marie Digby, but quickly added that she is in no position to make any comment on the actor’s personal business. She also said that there is no truth to claims that she supposedly got jealous because Sam is seeing Marie. “Wala kaming ilangan ni Sam. Wala kaming isyu. She also explained that whenever she gets to work with any actor, her main objective is to make sure that they get to perform well and not because she wants to develop a relationship with her leading man. As to the rumors that she and Sam are extra sweet on the set, Maja said that people should not put any other meaning to it because as co-workers, it is normal that they show care for one another.

Ex-PBB teen housemate Tricia Santos meets her crush Enchong Dee

ABS-CBN.com went to the Pinoy Big Brother office to interview evicted housemate of Pinoy Big Brother Teen Clash of 2010 Tricia Santos right after her appearance on the PBB Uber live show. But while doing the interview, Uber host Mariel Rodriguez politely pulled Tricia away to the next room and introduced her to no other than Tricia’s showbiz crush Enchong Dee.As witnessed by ABS-CBN.com, Tricia blushed upon shaking hands with Enchong, but she was mostly quiet the whole time. Mariel didn’t let the opportunity pass and used her Blackberry to take a photo of Tricia and Enchong. After saying goodbye to Enchong, Tricia could not help but giggle over the celebrity encounter, and she told ABS-CBN.com, “Masaya kasi idol ko siya. Napanood ko siya noong Katorse.” Tricia shared why she has a big crush on the young actor. Tsaka napagsabay niya ‘yung pag-aaral niya at showbiz. Role model talaga siya sa mga kabataan.” Enchong is a champion swimmer while Tricia is a volleyball player in her hometown in Davao. In a separate interview following the chance meeting, Enchong told ABS-CBN.com that he was surprised that Tricia is taller than him. Gusto ko next time hindi na siya naka-heels kasi nanliliit ako, ha ha ha!”Enchong revealed that during their first meeting, he didn’t notice any sign that Tricia had a crush on him. “Hindi halata, ha ha ha! Pero nakakatuwa siya. Ang galing niya magtago [ng nararamdaman].” Nevertheless, Enchong said he finds the ex-teen housemate very attractive. “She’s very pretty. Charming talaga siya and mukhang very approachable.” If given the chance to do a teleserye or a movie, Tricia would love to have Enchong as her leading man. “Kung pwede e ‘di sige po. Over! Ang kapal naman ng mukha ko, ha ha ha!,” she said. Enchong also welcomes being paired with Tricia. “Sure! Why not? Pero itanong natin kay Erich (Gonzales), ha ha ha!”However, 15 year old Tricia doesn’t want to appear as the thorn in the Enchong-Erich love team. “May respeto po ako sa kanya (Erich). Idol ko po sila pareho.” Tricia added that she doesn’t want to do a kontrabida role in a love triangle with Enchong and Erich.Since she was a child, Tricia had dreamt of being in showbiz. But since her parents wanted her to prioritize her studies, she was not permitted to join a workshop in ABS-CBN. Now, Tricia has realized that being a star is not for everyone. Pero kung wala po talaga, mag-aaral na lang ako.”Watch out how Enchong will surprise the remaining teen housemates as he enters the PBB house. Catch Pinoy Big Brother Teen Clash of 2010 every night.

Gretchen Barretto: 'Good girl na ako'

Recently, Gretchen Barretto was caught in a rift with Angelica Panganiban, her Magkaribal leading man Derek Ramsay's girlfriend because of their heated comments on Twitter. Even though the press insisted to get Gretchen's statement regarding the issue, she kept mum so as not to aggravate the situation.Though Derek was not present in Magkaribal's press conference held last night, June 17, Gretchen shared that she and Derek got to chat before the latter left for his South Africa trip. "Nag-shoot kami bago siya umalis, e. (I told him), 'I promise I will not talk about you when you are not here." She did not even ask for a "pasalubong". She defended herself to the press by justifying her playful personality with which she has been known for in the showbiz industry ever since. "I'd rather not talk about it kasi alam mo minsan kasi, alam mo naman 'pag sa set, 'di ba lahat tayo nage-enjoy lang tsaka ako yung humor ko kakaiba talaga at sumasagot ako sa isang tanong na just to please the people na kausap ko at dahil ganun (talaga) ako, naughty. Ilang years na ako sa showbiz, sa dami ng tinatanong minsan nilalaro-laro ko na lang yung mga sagot (kasi) siyempre napapagod din ako."Gretchen did not fail to express her regret and admitted that she is aware of the repercussions of her playful words. She then told the press that she might be "less-exciting" from now on. She put an end to the issue by saying, "Huwag na natin palakihin, wala naman sila dito. Let's just let them enjoy (their vacation.)"

Gretchen Barretto on showbiz: 'Ito ang buhay ko'

For some years, Gretchen Barretto was quite content to a quiet life with partner Tonyboy Cojuangco and daughter Dominique. But now that she is back in the limelight working on the fashionserye Magkaribal, she admitted that while her family would sometimes be a bit jealous of the time she devotes for work, they also remind her of her obligations whenever she wants to complain about her hectic schedule. While she is taping for the said soap, she is making a lot of adjustments when it comes to her schedule and sleeping habits. Part of her self-discipline is knowing when to say no when she knows that she will not be able to perform well because of fatigue. Gretchen also prefers to just shrug-off pessimistic thoughts and stay focused and positive. “Right now kasi ine-enjoy ko talaga, ito naman talaga ang buhay ko. Dito ako nanggaling and this is where I feel comfortable; this is my home. Right now I really have no time, I have no space in my heart and in my mind to entertain negative thoughts. I don’t entertain what ifs, I only entertain the moment.”

Does Bea Alonzo know the real score between John Lloyd Cruz and Shaina Magdayao?

People seemed to have misunderstood Bea Alonzo when she broke her silence regarding her rift with her best friend Shaina Magdayao. Recent reports claimed that John Lloyd Cruz was the reason why they weren’t on speaking terms for a long time, but the Magkaribal star refuted such claims. Wala akong sinasabing ganon. Never naging dahilan si John Lloyd. Parang nagkataon lang na nagkasabay na lumabas yung balita na hindi kami maayos ni Shaina taposnali-link si John Lloyd sa kanya,” she reiterated after the grand press con of Magkaribal last June 17.When asked if they ever talk about Shaina’s involvement with John Lloyd, Bea explained that she’s not privy to the details about it. But it doesn’t mean that she doesn’t know what’s going on between the two. “We don’t talk about it. Apparently, it was Bea who made the first move towards their reconciliation. Sige we can say na parang tampuhan, may misunderstanding at hindi nakakapag-usap. One thing’s for sure though, Bea and Shaina are good friends again and the intrigues being thrown their way have only made their bond stronger than ever.

PGT's Jovit Baldivino hopes to work with his idol Arnel Pineda

When asked about the first thing he would like to do with his P2-million cash prize for being the first-ever Pilipinas Got Talent Grand Winner, Jovit Baldivino replied, “Bibili po ng lupa kasi naninirikan lang po kami. Tapos magpapagawa na po ng bahay.”The 16-year-old aspiring singer also added that he plans to continue with his studies while working on his singing career. His manager, Joy Maranan, revealed to ABS-CBN.com that Jovit will soon start to record songs for his debut album and that some producers have expressed interest to have Jovit perform abroad. As to his other dreams of the moment, Jovit was happy to hear that his idol Arnel Pineda had expressed his interest in performing a duet with the PGT champion. Jovit shared that when Arnel started to gain recognition as the vocalist of the American group Journey, he began to look up to him and he would sing the songs of the band. Jovit’s singing piece when he auditioned for PGT was a rendition of Journey’s song, “Faithfully,” which also earned Jovit three million hits on YouTube. He further added that he would not mind following the footsteps of Arnel in terms of making an international career.Since he never had any formal training in singing, Jovit is also planning to get professional training to enhance and to take care of his singing voice.

Piolo Pascual says no to 'Wowowee' for now

Piolo Pascual is just one of the many big stars who was asked by ABS-CBN management to fill in as guest host on Wowowee while main man Willie Revillame is on an indefinite leave. But during the press conference for his new fantaserye Noah, Piolo revealed that he had to say no to the hosting job. “We checked our schedule. Hindi pwede, hindi talaga kaya ng schedule. I’m working everyday. Mondays-Wednesdays-Fridays, I’m taping. Tuesdays-Thursdays-Saturdays, I’m either shooting a commercial, pictorial, doing an out-of-town show, or rehearsing for ASAP. Wala na talagang oras. I’m training (for an athletic competition) pa. I guess marami namang ibang pwedeng gumawa nun.”Nevertheless, Piolo is still open to hosting the noontime variety show for as long as his schedule can accommodate it. “If mag-open ‘yung schedule ko I will be more than willing to do it.” Since Willie went on leave from Wowowee after a controversy involving radio commentator Jobert Sucaldito and ABS-CBN management, several stars have filled in as hosts for the show. Luis Manzano and Billy Crawford are the current guest hosts, while music icons Rico J. Puno, Nonoy ZuƱiga, Rey Valera, and Marco Sison are slated to take on the job next. But the guest host who made the strongest impact on the audience so far is still Robin Padilla. Speaking of Robin, many are now comparing Piolo to the action star given Piolo’s upcoming project, the action-fantaserye Noah. I don’t see any point of comparison. I don’t think nasa kalingkingan ako nun. Icon na ‘yun.” Robin will soon start shooting his movie with Toni Gonzaga under Star Cinema, but way before that, there had been plans of pairing Toni and Piolo on the big screen. Piolo explained that he is still waiting for a word from Star Cinema on when his movie with Toni will push through. Grabe kasi magtrabaho. She’s a workaholic like me. Things are not just falling into place right now but sooner or later I know magkakatrabaho rin kami. Naghihintay pa rin ako. I’m still a fan. I love her comic timing. I love the way she does her characters. I’m still hoping. I want to do a romantic movie with her because I believe in her talent.”

No more Kimerald Love Team?

Erratum: ABS-CBN.com apologizes for the misprint of information regarding Kim Chiu’s statement on her love team with Gerald Anderson on SNN last June 17. The author has already corrected said information. Thank you.Could this be the end for the country’s favorite love team? Rumors have it that the ABS-CBN Management is about to end the successful team up of Kimerald. Is Kim Chiu ready to be separated from Gerald Anderson? The young actress admits that if this was true, she’d feel sad. “Malungkot syempre kasi matagal yung pinagsamahan namin. Four years kaming magka-love team. And parang nakakapanibago ‘pag meron kang ibang ka-eksena na sweet-sweetan. Panibagong challenge ulit ‘to kung may darating man na bagong love team.”But are the loyal and solid fans of Kim Chiu and Gerald Anderson ready to accept this? Kim Chiu says, “Parang hindi nga eh. Parang nalulungkot. Syempre ako din malulungkot.” But she adds, “Pero naintindihan naman nila ‘yun kasi part ng trabaho ‘to eh. Kahit anumang dumating, sana nandyan pa rin sila para suportahan kami.”Kim and Gerald share a good friendship even off cam. As a matter of fact, Gerald Anderson was seen on the set of her taping for MMK. Kim confirms, “Dumalaw nga s’ya once dun sa taping. Tinanong nya, “Oh kamusta kayo dito?”Instead of worrying about the rumored Kimerald split up, Kim focuses on her new project. “Sobrang excited na ko… for Your Song. Magkasama kami ni Ms.Ai-Ai. Hindi s’ya drama. Sobrang light, comedy.

Gretchen Barretto on her ‘Magkaribal’ co-stars: ‘Walang pa-star, walang primadonna’

Taping for the teleserye Magkaribal does not feel like work for Gretchen Barretto because aside from the fact it’s her first teleserye after almost a decade, she is thankful about working with some of today’s biggest stars such as Bea Alonzo, Derek Ramsay, Erich Gonzales, Enchong Dee, and Angel Aquino, among others.

Ang maganda ngayon dahil siguro maraming-maraming artista, kahit mga sikat na sila like Erich, Enchong, and Bea, even if you know na talagang may karapatan na sila sa industriya gaya ng talagang box-office hits [ang movies nila], may fans club and all, nagulat ako na walang pa-star, walang prima donna, walang nale-late,” she beamed. “Everyone is equal sa set, walang malaki ang ulo. It’s just surprising para sa akin. We’re all just really fun to work with, easy to work with. Siguro dahil ‘yung competition ngayon, ‘di ba, grabe?"

Gretchen takes pride in saying that they all now feel comfortable with each other on the set. Ngayon everybody talaga nagtutuksuhan.”

Ironically, Gretchen’s co-stars are all one in saying that they all felt intimidated by her at first. “Siguro in the beginning lahat nakatingala.

Gretchen also added that her showbiz comeback has the blessing of her partner, businessman Tony Boy Cojuangco and her daughter Dominique.

Dubbed as the first fashion-serye on local television, Magkaribal’s story revolves around the fashion industry. Being a fashionista herself, Gretchen explained that she gets to give her inputs when it comes to clothes.

As for doing movies, Gretchen prefers to do one project at a time. “Siguro gagawin ko after the teleserye kasi na-notice ko, hindi talaga puwedeng pagsabayin ang pelikula o teleserye [kasi] hindi na talaga ako matutulog,” she said with a laugh.

Jake Cuenca on Melissa Ricks and Jolo Revilla: 'That's their thing'

Fresh from his one-week Italy tour, Jake Cuenca was not able to escape the reporters at the ABS-CBN Trade Launch held last Thursday, June 10. He was bombarded with questions about his supposed break-up with Melissa Ricks. Jake denied the rumors saying there's no break-up at all because there was no relationship in the first place. He shared though that he and Melissa are keeping a strong friendship until now. "Maayos naman kami ni Mel. Siyempre busy tulad naman ng sinasabi ko noon, busy siya, now she has a new show and I have a new show as well. Masaya kami. Basta sa amin magkaibigan kami and with that friendship I am happy.

One of the theories in Jake and Melissa's rumored break-up is Jolo Revilla, who was also being linked to the actress since they were paired in Agimat: Ang Mga Alamat ni Ramon Revilla Presents Pepeng Agimat. Now, Jolo and Melissa are working together for ABS-CBN's upcoming soap, Noah. Jake admits that he has heard of the reports and could not be any happier for the two. "Actually, napanood ko na yan sa YouTube, siyempre ako masaya ako maraming trabaho, she has a lot of work, Jolo has work also, he has Agimat and Noah, lahat kami masaya lahat kami blessed. Congratulations to the both of them, I wish them na sana maging successful at sana maging masaya ang mga tapings nila. If there are issues about Jolo and Melissa, sila na makakasagot nun."

Jake also adds that he and Jolo are good friends so there is nothing to be bitter about despite the rumors. He admitted though that they never talk about Melissa when they are together. "Siyempre medyo awkward naman yun. I just find it awkward to talk about her kung magkasama kaming dalawa pero wala kaming problema ni Jolo. Maayos kami." It was also reported that Melissa recently introduced Jolo to her parents and family. When asked about how he feels about it, Jake said, "It's good for them. That's their thing.

Gabby Concepcion, KC Concepcion and Jericho Rosales are overwhelmed with the successful premiere of I’ll Be There

Gabby Concepcion, KC Concepcion and Jericho Rosales have more than one reason to be happy and proud of their movie, I’ll Be There. First, the overwhelming response of fans on its premiere night; second, that it’s Rated B by the Cinema Evaluation Board.

Echo states, “For me, it’s one of the most important movies of 2010. Family oriented talaga and tagos sa puso talaga ang tema ng pelikula na ‘to

Gabby also shares, “This movie was such a thrill. It’s so exciting. You never know what to expect.”

Director Maryo J. delos Reyes has only positive words to describe his filming experience with the movie’s cast. “KC and Gabby, panalo; si Echo and the rest of the cast, I’m very, very happy. Gumaan ang trabaho ko because of them. Na-communicate ko kung anong gusto kong mangyari. They did a very good job. “

But the fans aren’t the only ones to give the cast their full support. Kapamilya stars Sam Milby, Gerald Anderson, Coco Martin and Christian Bautista were also spotted in the movie’s premiere.

I’ll Be There is Star Cinema’s Father’s Day offering and is now showing in theaters nationwide.

Iya Villania says she is very unlikely to switch networks

ya Villania is still laughing over the rumor that she was leaving ASAP XV and ABS-CBN to move to a program on a rival network. During the press launch of her Silka whitening products endorsement, she explained that she is still under contract with the Kapamilya network. “I still have a contract with ABS-CBN [until October] so that’s very unlikely to happen.”

When Rachelle Ann Go and Mark Bautista left ASAP XV to move to another show, it was rumored that Iya would also be switching networks. She explained though, “Dahil ‘yun ang hot chismis that time, when Rachelle Ann and then Mark switched to the rival program. I guess they were just trying to look for people who are likely to switch. Maybe also people are thinking na, ‘She’s not doing much shows!’ But it’s not happening.”

The 23-year-old Fil-Australian beauty is a regular performer and host on ASAP XV, a co-host of Us Girls on Studio 23, and a VJ on the MYX music channel. Iya said that she doesn’t feel the need to jump networks because she is happy to be a Kapamilya. “I’m happy. Of course more opportunities would be awesome. But I’m lucky to be where I am right now and that’s something that I have come to realize. There are so many artists out there who would wish to have a regular show like ASAP, Us Girls, MYX. I’m very thankful to have these shows.”

Iya last acting project was last year’s teleserye Only You as kontrabida to Angel Locsin. She said there are still no clear plans for her in terms of acting, but she would very much welcome any offer. “As long as the opportunity is there, why not?” she said. But if asked, she would love to do more singing and dancing like what she does every week on ASAP XV. “Sana more of performing. I’d love to tour.” Iya currently has an album out entitled Finally.

She was recently chosen to fill in for Billy Crawford, who flew to Hong Kong for a commitment, as co-host to Luis Manzano during the results night of the Pilipinas Got Talent finale. Iya admitted that she was surprised to have been chosen to sub for Billy for a job she considers her biggest hosting opportunity so far. I was very surprised but very thankful at the same time for the opportunity. It was the biggest hosting job I have done dito sa ABS-CBN. I was a bit shocked nga, ‘Are you sure na ako?!’ I just really had to make the most out of it. Inaral ko talaga ‘yung mgaTagalog words, ha ha ha! Of course Tagalog is not my first language pero inaral ko nang maigi ‘yung script para hindi ako mag-mumble.”

Iya also filled in for Anne Curtis last week as co-host of another hit talent program Showtime. Although she said she had a great time filling in for Anne, she dispelled speculations that she is out to be a permanent replacement. “Of course not! I would love to join but not to replace anyone. Love ko ‘yan si Anne so I would never take away anything from her that she really loves. I really did enjoy filling in for her sa Showtime. Nakaka inggit ‘yung samahan nila. Very natural ‘yung batuhan nila. It’s not like they’re there lang to work. They’re barkada rin. Ang ganda ng chemistry nila. Ang sarap nila kasama.”

Billy Crawford is sorry that he missed the ‘Pilipinas Got Talent’ Results Night

As much as Billy Crawford wanted to be at the Pilipinas Got Talent Results Night, he had no choice but to attend his scheduled concert in Hong Kong last June 14. “Actually the performance night and results night were supposed to be set in another date, June 5 and 6 ata. Pero naurong because of the success of the auditions so nataon na umabot ng June 14 yung grand finals which fell on the same date ng show ko sa Hong Kong na matagal na ring naplano. Hindi na ako makapag-back out kasi if you have a commitment kailangan mo din gawin ‘di ba? At nung nandun ako sa Hong Kong at nagpe-perform para sa mga kababayan natin dun, ibang klase talaga ang reception nila,” he explained in an interview with ABS-CBN reporters last June 15.

But to be absent during PGT’s culminating event after working hard on the show the past six months proved to really difficult for Billy. “Sobra akong nanghihinayang. Kahit tanungin ni’yo si Luis (Manzano), tawag ako ng tawag sa kanya pati kay Ms. Alou (Almaden, Business Unit Head of PGT) para updated din ako kung anong nangyayari at kumustahin si Iya (Villania) who co-hosted the show for the last night. Kasi as I said, yung parang mawala ka ng isang araw sa pamilya mo parang ang lungkot din. Sa YouTube ko na lang napanood the next day yung mga na-miss ko,” he related.

Nevertheless, Billy was very happy with the results since powerful belter Jovit Baldivino was one of his personal bets, including the Velasco Brothers (breakdancers) and Allan “Alakim” De Paz (magician). “You know what, nung performance night pa lang, nung nagkagulo talaga yung Araneta, it was kind of expected kung anong mangyayari the next night. Pero you never know kasi madami ding supporters yung ibang performers. I was actually surprised with the rest of the rankings, but for me, sinabi ko naman sa lahat na malamang si Jovit ang mananalo.”

As an international performer, Billy took pride in the fact that the performances of the contenders were all world class. “Kapag nakikita mo yung isang pinoy act tulad nung sa Velasco Brothers—yung pinagsama yung Cirque de Soleil-type of performance at saka breakdancing—ibang klase yun ‘di ba? And you have someone who used to sell siomai na ang liit-liit na tao, hanggang dibdib ko lang si Jovit e, pero yung boses niya tignan mo naman kung gaano kalaki at kung paano niya naka-capture yung audience through his voice. And we also have Alakim na magaling din talaga. Kaya I am really happy to be part of PGT kasi talagang nabibigyan ng opportunity ang mga pinoy na ipakita ang talento natin sa buong mundo,” he beamed.

Luis Manzano on hosting ‘Wowowee:’ ‘Iba ang tama niya sa puso’

Although Luis Manzano can be really funny on and off cam, he’s really serious about his hosting stint in Wowowee, even asking fans to pray for the show before he comes to work. He could not help but be moved by the real life stories that the contestants/studio audience share each day. “It’s a very fulfilling job, iba yung tama niya sa puso. So as much as possible habang nandun ako, gusto ko rin ibigay yung best ko and kahit papa’no marami kaming mapasaya not just within the confines of the studio pero pati yung nanood sa kani-kanilang bahay bahay,” he told ABS-CBN.com in an interview last June 15.

Despite the controversies surrounding the show and the constant demand for it to remain on top of the TV ratings, the talented actor-host refused to be affected by things that he can’t control. “Yung pressure is more of sa akin lang talaga. Ayokong isipin yung pressure sa mga nangyayari. I just want to do my job well. Basically, you wake up each day, alam mo kung anong kailangan mo gawin, so gusto ko lang ibigay yung makakaya ko,” said Luis who has been co-hosting Wowowee since May 29. When asked how long is he staying as a guest host, he simply replied, “Kung ano po ang ibinibigay sa akin ng management ini-enjoy ko na lang ng sobra-sobra. I take it as one big blessing. Basta abangan ni’yo na lang.”

Given a chance to permanently host Wowowee or a new noontime show that might replace it, hypothetically speaking, would he accept such an offer?

Erich Gonzales says she is not jealous of Bea Alonzo

Though she feels that she is not cut out to be like her sophisticated character in Magkaribal, Erich Gonzales told ABS-CBN.com that she is working really hard to be on par with her co-stars, Gretchen Barretto and Bea Alonzo, who are considered two of the most gorgeous and most stylish women in showbiz. Erich often seeks their—and their director’s—help for her fashion questions. Paano ba maglakad?' So talagang pine-peg ko sila Ms. Gretchen, nakaka-wow [kasi talaga siya]. Nakakaya ko naman po so far."

She admitted that at first, she couldn’t help but feel intimidated by Gretchen and Bea, but she overcame her inhibitions easily because Gretchen and Bea are very welcoming and very down-to-earth. According to Erich, they are always willing to help and give advice to a novice like her. "Nung una talaga sabi ko, 'Naku, pa'no 'to? I can say na para kaming family dito. During break time, share share lang ng kahit ano and napaka-nice ni Ms Gretchen, iba talaga, sobra siyang mabait talaga. Vocal naman ako na I really admire her talaga. She is a great actress and I am so happy to be working with her... Like yung simpleng pagkausap at pagkamusta nila sa akin, yun pwede ko silang makausap about anything and yung mga kahit hindi about sa showbiz, kahit about sa buhay mo, you can open up to them."

ABS-CBN.com asked Erich if she doesn’t feel jealous of Bea since her love team partner Enchong Dee admitted that he admires Bea. All I want is the best for him."

Having said that, Erich said that she is open to any possibilities and changes in their team-up. Whatever the future holds, they will always be friends. "Magkaibigan kami ni Enchong talaga. Andun yung care namin sa isa't-isa na kahit anong mangyari talaga I know na he will always stand by me," Erich explained, as she gazed at Enchong for validation. "Totoo naman, 'di ba? He knows naman na hindi pa talaga ako ready to enter a relationship, like ngayon mags-start na rin yung pasukan so work and studies yung focus ko talaga wala pa yung mga love love na yan, tsaka na muna yan."
