Albie Casino is one of Star Magic’s freshest faces who is currently one of the casts of Your Song Presents Gimik 2010. As a first timer, Albie said that he was overwhelmed by the big stars that he is working with. “Nakakatakot kasi kaeksena mo sila Ms. Judy Ann Santos at Diether Ocampo. Nephew po ako ni Judy Ann sa story, kapatid ako ni Lance Christopher," Albie said.
Albie admitted that he has not yet experienced in acting out intense scenes like crying and fighting in Gimik 2010, but those are the things he is looking forward to as he matures in the business. He said that he was lucky that he was given an undemanding role for his first TV show. “First time ko kaya talagang nakakakaba, pero masaya rin po kasi yung role ko kasi sa Gimik parang pinattern lang sa akin, sa personality ko. Makulit po pero shy sa simula, pero pag nakilala mo naman ako makikita mo hindi naman pala ako tahimik."
The young Star Magic talent shared that he has a crush on two pretty celebrities, Angelica Panganiban and Andi Eigenmann. He then shared that Andi is a childhood friend of his, as they both grew up in the same village. "Kilala ko po siya dati pa sa village namin, mabait po siya, childhood friends po kami pero hindi naman po kami naging close. Kalaban po namin sila sa basketball sa liga sa village." Though he knew Andi since he was a child, he revealed that he is still not ready to work with her. "Nakakatakot po yun, ang galing na po niyang artista nai-intimidate ako, kasi baka kapag nagkamali ako sa eksena pagalitan niya ako. Basta kahit sino naman po okay lang sa akin, basta gusto ko lang po magkatrabaho."
At his young age, Albie admitted that he is still not certain about his chosen career path and he just seeks for Star Magic's guidance and support. "Sa ngayon po kasi hindi ko pa po talaga alam, pero gusto ko lang po talaga gawin lahat gusto ko maging bida, gusto ko maging kontrabida."
