MANILA, Philippines (UPDATED) - One hundred percent of registered voters in 31 clustered precincts, mostly from the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) and Central Mindanao, voted last Monday, data from the Commission on Elections (Comelec) showed.
Fifteen of the clustered precincts which recorded 'perfect attendance' of voters were from the ARMM, while 12 are from Central Mindanao.
The remaining 4 precincts with 100% of registered voters who voted Monday are from the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) and Eastern Visayas.
Among the 31 precincts, 1 PCOS machine from Datu Odin Sinsuat, Maguindanao was even able to transmit their results at 6:33 p.m., or 27 minutes before polls officially closed.
This table shows the data of the 31 precincts. Data was provided to the Kapisanan ng mga Brodkaster ng Pilipinas (KBP) and ABS-CBN by the Commission on Elections.

In an interview with ABS-CBN News late Friday, Comelec Commissioner Gregorio Larrazabal said the poll body would investigate the report.
"We'll look into it, but there have been instances in the past, in previous elections where all the registered voters have voted in some areas in Mindanao. So, if you want, we can look at the VRRs [Voters Registration Record] and CVLs [Computerized Voters' List] to check," he said.
